About the event
In this workshop, we will:
1. Dive deeply into the core concepts of shame, vulnerability, empathy, and gratitude within the context of medical culture
2. Learn how to identify our shame triggers to discover what gets in the way of our progress
3. Discover the good habits that align with our core values as well as the bad habits that leave us feeling numb inside
4. Learn how self-compassion, vulnerability, gratitude and joy form a foundation for love and belonging
5. Learn how to identify and address toxic aspects of medical culture so that we can take steps to bring meaning back into our work
